Image DPI Converter
Change a PNG or JPEG's DPI/PPI density metadata without resampling pixels and see the print size instantly — everything runs in your browser and files never leave your device.
How the DPI converter works
DPI (dots per inch) does not change how many pixels an image holds — it controls how large it appears when printed. This tool rewrites the pHYs chunk in PNGs and the JFIF density field in JPEGs without touching the pixel data. That lets you re-tag the same image from 72 DPI to 300 DPI so it prints smaller and sharper, or vice versa.
